When the bird and the book disagree, believe the bird. ~John James Audubon
Believe the Bird is a collection of introspective songs recorded in a very intimate environment in Bob Sima’s home studio. The album was made specifically as an incentive for supporters of the crowdfunding campaign, which raised money for the release of putalittlemoreloveintheworld. Supporters claimed hard copy CDs of this intentional album as gratitude for their donations at certain levels. It is now only available as a digital download and will not be sold in hard copy.
All songs written, and composed by Bob Sima except “I Don’t Believe in Death” and “I Hear a Symphony”.
“I Don’t Believe in Death” lyrics are credited to Lisa Aschmann.
“I Hear a Symphony” lyrics are credited to Matthew Ryan.
Produced by David Weber and Bob Sima, Airtime Studios, Bloomington IN with pre-production engineering by Rob Thorworth.
Album design by Steele Tinsley.
